Transcend Introduces JetFlash T3 USB Flash Drive in India

Transcend has launched in India its latest ultra-tiny USB flash drive, the JetFlash T3. Weighing only 2g, the compact JetFlash T3 is designed to be extra-rugged. Transcend’s T3 comes in 1 GB and 2 GB versions.

The flash drive can fit into any USB slot and works with Transcend’s JetFlash elite data management tools that run directly from the T3 without having to install any software on the PC. The JetFlash T3’s durability and tiny footprint allows it to be carried in places where ordinary flash drives do not fit. It can be used as a mobile phone dongle or a keychain accessory,Transcend JetFlash T3 and can be stored safely in a wallet without risk of compression damage. The best part about the JetFlash T3 drive is that user’s will not even need an adapter to connect it to the computer, as the drive securely fits into any USB slot.

It comes manufactured using a special COB (Chip On Board) manufacturing technique which the company claims molds the memory chip and circuit board into the Polycarbonate casing. Some of the other features of JetFlash T3 are:

The Transcend JetFlash T3 is available in India through Supertron Electronics and Mediaman Infotech. The JetFlash T3 (1 GB) has an MRP of Rs. 650 + taxes, while the JetFlash T3 (2 GB) has an MRP of Rs. 1,025 + taxes.
